Providence Church came about by God's direction, guidance and provision. Our group of believers was formerly known as Trinity Baptist Church.  Our church building was located on North Broadway in Moore, OK and was destroyed by a tornado.  We prayed about the decision to move to a new location and God provided!  We made building plans based on our understanding that our costs would be covered by an insurance settlement.  Since the settlement was not sufficient, the church has decided to build as God provides and dedicate as much of our own labor as possible.  We pray continually for God's provision and the support of individuals in the community.  God has been faithful in bringing many volunteers to do the work that is required.  How rewarding to see what committed believers are capable of doing when their heart's desire is to serve God.
